At Diverse Prime Care we pride in providing high quality domiciliary homecare and supported living services that enhances the rights of our service users to live their desired lifestyles for longer. We have invested in a robust recruitment procedure to ensure that our staff are well vetted (DBS), and trained in practical and personal care, safeguarding, equality and inclusion and Mental Capacity Act 2005 among others. Our staff also bring with them their own diverse experience capital. This means that they are enabled to work with a broad spectrum of people in our flexible services of clients with Dementia, Learning difficulties, autistic spectrum disorder and various forms of Physical disability. At Diverse Prime Care, the focus remains on using ‘Person centred approach’ and (please put in a policy paper used in the care of these groups in relation to valuing people).

Diverse Prime are open 365 days a year with weekends and bank holiday managed by an out of hours hotline. We are focused on ensuring that our services users and their families concerns are met within reasonable response time and a hotline is in place to ensure this. Our success journey is embedded on the reviews that we get from our services user feedback. The director of the Company is a also social worker, with experience in understanding safeguards from harm, focus on improving outcomes of individuals, and experience of co-ordinating local resources to benefit our service users. The director has also knowledge of working sensitively, but realistically about the funder’s budgets in both domiciliary and supported living settings, given our mission statement of uncompromising quality care.
